For over four decades, Carol Goncalves has been a cornerstone of 3030 Park. She began her journey on April 23, 1979, and has grown with the community through nearly every department, reflecting the heart, versatility, and dedication that define life at 3030.
Starting in Dining Services, Carol wore many hats, server, cook, baker, and receiver, all while embodying a spirit of teamwork and care. Her willingness to learn and serve in any capacity led her to leadership roles in Housekeeping and Move-In Coordination. Today, she serves as the Manager of Concierge Services, where her attention to detail and deep care for residents continues to make a lasting impact.
Carol is known not only for her tireless work ethic but for her genuine love of helping others. “I love helping our residents with the little things that put a smile on their faces,” she shares. “Whether it’s arranging transportation or changing watch batteries, it’s the small gestures that mean the most.”
